ABOUT MISLED...
MISLED is a rock and alternative band born out of the late-'80s music scene at Iowa State University. For five high-voltage years, we tore up college stages across the Midwest, even opening for Southern rock legends .38 Special in 1989 in Ames, Iowa. Then life took us in different directions — but the music never let go.
Reunited in 2019, MISLED is back and louder than ever, channeling the same raw energy, camaraderie, and passion that fueled our early days. Our sound blends classic rock roots with the edge of '90s alt-rock, delivering a live experience that’s both nostalgic and electrifying.
Since 2020, we’ve brought our sound to iconic stages and rowdy crowds across the country — including The Whisky A Go-Go (Hollywood, CA), the Bud Light Beer Garden Tailgate Experience at Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Strip), The Gaslamp and Miss Kitty’s (Des Moines, IA), Coconuts on the Lake (Lake of the Ozarks), and The Lighthouse Café (Hermosa Beach, CA) — just to name a few.
