The Ellington Penguin Plunge, sponsored by your Ellington Police Officers and Connecticut State Police - Ellington Resident Trooper’s Office, is coming to Crystal Lake on Saturday, February 28th, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM!
This exciting community event isn’t just about braving the cold; it’s about coming together for a cause that truly matters. All proceeds raised will benefit the Connecticut Special Olympics, supporting incredible athletes and the spirit of inclusion, determination, and joy they bring to our state.
Even if you can't attend, donations are welcomed to support the cause!
Now is the time to register yourselves, your families, or form your own teams. We hope to see every Ellington neighborhood proudly represented, showing what makes our town so special...unity, generosity, and heart.
