HOW IT WORKS?
Customers will have the option to purchase chances on different table raffles throughout the day. Each table will have items with similar values. For example: Table A prize values will be approximately $80-$100. There will be 30 items available on that table. A 75 Sure Tip Board will be used to select the winner. Every chance that is purchased in this scenario will be pulled off of the 75 Sure Tip Board and given to the customer. When the board sells out, we will go live on Facebook and scratch the winner. The winner will then be able to select an item off of that certain table. We will run up to 30 individual raffle boards on just that table during the day back-to-back. We currently have 8 different tables with various items on each such as electronics, home goods, meats, toys, & sporting goods. Each board has different tip amounts and different prize values. Tip purchase amounts are anywhere from $2-$20 depending on the value of the prizes.

TABLE G - $10 PER CHANCE @ 100 CHANCES
Notes: The raffles will begin promptly at 10:00 am and will run until we see necessary. Please be advised that some prizes may require a 1099-MISC to be filed due to the prize amount meeting federal thresholds. Ellerslie VFD has the right to change items due to availability. A list of items available on each table will be posted this weekend and sent out as well.
