This 90-minute workshop is designed for moms or dads & kids (ages 2–6) to explore gentle yoga, playful movement, and simple somatic tools that support emotional regulation and nurture nervous-system balance — for both of you.
Learn how to stay calm through chaos, guide your child through big feelings, and build a deeper bond through breath, touch, and presence.
