A MUST READ BY ALL BEEFS RALLY MEMBERS...
Welcome Back ... to the 14th Season at Beef O'Brady's, and the 35th Season of the Bradenton Commanders (Redskins) Fan Club, as our beloved Skins start off the season hosting the New York Football Giants at Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD.
DOORS NOW OPEN AT 11:00AM AT BEEF'S ...
And this season, we will be using an 'assigned seat' table chart for our regular members. Our rally room only holds 70 members. We have spent the last 2+ weeks creating a room of tables with seats for our regular members, with designated seating. BUT, there are still a few seats available, especially early in the season in September.
Also, and most importantly, we will have a 'Guest Sign-In' sheet at the door, for guests to fill out their name, phone # and time you arrived. You can sit in the lobby and watch all the pre-game stuff on their lobby TVs, then we will start texting or calling in those on the sheet roughly 15 minutes before gametime, to any available seats.
REMEMBER AGAIN, DOORS OPEN AT 11AM NOW AT BEEFS. Guests can come in and start signing up on the 'Guest Sign-In' sheet, then wait in the lobby until 12:45pm. Those with already assigned seats, must be there this week early, to claim your assigned seat. Some seats are for 'snowbirds' coming in October. Those seats will be available for the month of September to use short-term.
The table signs with those pre-assigned names on it, will be picked up at 12:45. If you are not in your seat by then, and have NOT called someone at your table telling them you're on the way, YOUR SEAT WILL BE LOST FOR YOU THAT GAME, AND MADE AVAILABLE TO A WAITING GUEST IN THE LOBBY. If you show up after that, you can sit in an open seat available somewhere in the room.
We expect the 'Squares' and 'tickets' to be made available starting at 11:00am as well. We hope that when the guests start coming into the Rally Room at 12:45pm, we can get all this stuff done by gametime.
