Looking for something new and exciting to dive into in the new year? Try Beef Processing 101 at Windy N Custom Butcher. This 4-6 hour hands-on class is designed for beginners or those that are simply curious about the process. Participants will learn how to break a carcass down into primals, where the various cuts come from, how to trim them, knife skills and more from our head butcher Kris. Class is $200/per person.
