Community Healing: Coming Together through Conversation and Meditation

Join us for a special event at The Salt Sanctuary of Maryland where we will come together as a community to heal through open conversations and calming meditation in the salt cave. This in-person gathering is a unique opportunity to come as you are, feel messy in a safe space, connect with others, and build a shared sense of peace and connection.

This month, we'll discuss workforce transitions and job uncertainty. This event is intended to support:

• people affected by changes to the federal workforce and contracting environment
• anyone facing career uncertainty
• those who want to offer support

Together, we'll engage in a Tonglen Meditation practice of sending and receiving: With each breath, we take in pain or tension and breathe out relief, compassion, and peace—gently transforming suffering into a deep sense of connection and care.
