Community Conversation: Creating a Multigenerational Healing Space

Join us for a special event at The Salt Sanctuary of Maryland where we will come together as a community to heal through open conversations and calming meditation in the salt cave. This in-person gathering is a unique opportunity to come as you are, feel messy in a safe space, connect with others, and build a shared sense of connection and peace.

This month, we'll discuss multigenerational healing by gathering as a community to:

• connect through open dialogue about mental health and wellness
• build peace through conversation, grounding exercises and meditation

Regardless of age, everyone has their own experiences with mental health. Yet, it’s something people don’t talk about very often.

Together, we'll engage in a Tonglen Meditation practice of sending and receiving: With each breath, we take in tension and breathe out relief, compassion, and peace—gently transforming suffering into a deep sense of connection and care.

Let's come together to relax, uplift one other, and foster a sense of unity and healing in a supportive environment. Space is limited, RSVP in advance!
