Clean & Clear - Howard St 25th - 29th

The Clean & Clear Business Zone is a collaborative initiative between adjacent businesses, residents and the Benefits District Clean Team to maintain and enhance the behind-the-scenes areas that keep our commercial district running smoothly. This program focuses on cleaning and improving service alleys, delivery zones, dumpster areas, and employee entryways—spaces that directly impact the efficiency, safety, and appearance of local businesses.
