Almost a decade has flown by since Happihaven closed its doors. In that space has been a time of growth, learning, awareness, lessons and evolution
My purpose behind Happihaven, empowering women, remains stronger than ever, and I'm excited about the next chapter in this wild ride.
I envision a space where women can unite and connect as they reclaim their lives and rediscover their joy.
To begin bringing this vision to life, I'll be leading a Dance Freedom class every Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at Eagle View Elementary, starting late September.
This holistic experience will combine dance movement, meditation, and breathwork or - a dance party for your body and soul.
I encourage you to explore this opportunity further:

Additionally, I'm creating an online space and hangout for women to connect, learn, and grow together, fostering a community that uplifts and empowers - more to come on this.
The alarming reality is that nearly 30% of female adults in the US live with a diagnosed mental health condition (and this is ONLY the diagnosed) and women are disproportionately affected by mental illness.
It's time for us to rise, to feel seen, and supported, and to reclaim our lives and bodies with intention.
Join me as we embrace a more vibrant, empowered existence, one dance step and breath at a time.
Please message me for questions. I hope to see you there. Pass this on to friends.
