On Sunday, December 28th, we’ll be serving a seven course Sicilian inspired Chef’s Table, a celebration of bright citrus, slow braises, and old world flavors, shared in the easy, unhurried way that good meals are meant to unfold.
This menu brings the spirit of Sicily to our Appalachian home. From humble, comforting beginnings to a deeply satisfying main course, each dish reflects a cuisine shaped by sun, sea, and tradition, food meant to be savored and shared.

First Course ~ Carbonara
Angel hair pasta tossed with bacon, egg, and parmesan.
Second Course ~ Caprese Bread
Layered fried flatbread with arugula, roasted tomato, fresh basil, mozzarella, virgin olive oil, and balsamic syrup.
Third Course ~ Fagioli
White bean soup in a tomato broth with pasta, beans, and roasted vegetables.
Fourth Course ~ Pampanella
Crisp romaine and radicchio with grilled onion, feta, tomato, garlic croutons, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Fifth Course ~ Lemon
A bright citrus palate cleanser.
Sixth Course ~ Veal Osso Buco
Veal shank braised until tender, served with lemon gremolata and white truffle risotto.
Seventh Course ~ Cannoli
Sicilian ricotta fruit pastry with zabaglione and strawberry.
