You’re invited to a very special evening at The Forks.
On Sunday, January 25, we’ll be hosting our monthly Chef’s Table, a seven course dinner centered around seasonal cooking, coastal flavors, and the kind of meals best shared at a full table.
This winter menu draws inspiration from the coast, bright citrus, fresh seafood, gentle heat, and comforting richness, all brought back home and shaped through our kitchen.
$125 per guest.

January Chef’s Table Menu
First Course ~ Pickled Shrimp
Lightly grilled shrimp, pickled in lime and white wine vinegar, with roasted vegetables and orange chili mayo.
Second Course ~ Korean BBQ Enchiladas
Korean BBQ enchiladas with fresh corn, cotija, and spicy sour cream.
Third Course ~ Coastal Seafood Stew
Creamy seafood stew with cod, mussels, lobster, crab, and shrimp, served with dill sour cream and crostini.
Fourth Course ~ Classic Cobb Salad
Crisp greens with roasted chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, tomato, avocado, artichoke, blue cheese, and chives in red wine vinaigrette.
Fifth Course ~ Chocolate Sorbet
A cool, bittersweet pause between courses.
Sixth Course ~ Honey Lime Salmon
Grilled salmon with honey lime jalapeño butter and spicy papaya poppy seed slaw.
Seventh Course ~ Ice Cream Sandwich
Chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate ganache.
