LGSO: Brahms, Double Concerto

Brant Taylor, cellist from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, returns to help the LGSO celebrate our 25th Anniversary! Joining him in the Brahms Double is Stephen Rose from the Cleveland Orchestra.

Also featured on this concert is a remarkable piece by William Dawson, often considered the greatest symphony by an American composer.

Lastly, Glinka's Ruslan and Ludmilla Overture is the same piece that opened Music Director David Anderson's first concert with the LGSO in 2010.
