7th Annual Graduation

The honor of your presence is requested for our 7th annual graduation ceremony, celebrating residential program graduate candidate Michelle Bates.

When: Thursday, October 16th
6:00 pm - Welcome Reception
6:30 pm - Graduation Ceremony, followed by a celebratory reception with light refreshments, featuring sale of Thistle Lights’ “Handmade Healing" products

Where: St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church parish hall, 285 S. 208th Street, Elkhorn

We are excited to announce that the keynote speaker for our graduation will be Dorris Walker-Taylor! Dorris is a graduate of Thistle Farms (the original Magdalene residential program in Nashville) where she continues to serve as Senior Ambassador. She also was an Executive Producer of the documentary, "Thistle," and authored the powerful autobiographical book Hope is Always Real. Please join us on October 16th to hear her inspirational message about the difference the Magdalene residential program means for survivors!
