WOD for Warriors is a WOD (workout of the day) designed to honor our nation's Veterans.

50 Lunges (team total) - 25 each leg
250M team run/walk
50 Push-Ups (team total)
250M team run/walk
50 Air Squats (team total)
250M team run/walk
50 Sit-Ups (team total)
250M team run/walk
50 Burpees (team total)
250M team run/walk
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
TEAM: 2-5 Eagles
SCORE: Total time to complete.
STYLE: "I go, you go" until all 250 reps are complete.
UNIFORM: Red Team RWB shirt.
SCALING:
Scale Down: Eagle Leader can adapt prescribed exercise for ability and fitness levels.
Scale Up: Wear or carry a 20 lb ruck/vest/sandbag.
