The Lead Singer from the Paltium selling group Today Fred Drakeford aka Big Bub Today released their self-titled debut album in 1988. The single "Him Or Me" reached #3 on the R&B charts and was followed by "Girl I Got My Eyes On You" which reached #1. in 1990, the album manage to chart three singles: "Why You Get Funky on Me", which was also featured in the movie reached #2 on the R&B charts.[2] "I Got The Feeling" peaked at #12 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and "I Wanna Come Back Home" peaked at #46 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. iN 1992' Big Bub went solo releasing Comin at Cha (EastWest), 1997's Timeless (Kedar/Universal), and 2000's Never Too Late (Flavor Unit). His single "Need Your Love", credited to Big Bub feat. Queen Latifah & Heavy D, peaked at #70 on the Hot 100 in 1997. Big Bub who has written several gold and platium hit songs for many artist he is credited with writing some of the biggest songs in music history, My Proagative by Bobby Brown, My Life Album by Mary J Blige and Dance With My Father by Luther Vandross.

Men Of Vizion

Men of Vizion formed in the mid-90s in Brooklyn, New York, at La Guardia High School of Music and Art. The original lineup included members George Spencer III, Brian Deramus, Desmond Greggs, and Corley Randolph. They initially performed gospel music before transitioning to R&B, gaining attention through talent shows and local performances. The group was eventually signed to MJJ Music, a label owned by Michael Jackson.

"House Keeper" became their biggest hit, reaching No. 13 on the R&B charts, while "Do Thangz" also received considerable airplay. The album showcased their traditional 90s R&B sound,characterized by smooth vocals and harmonies reminiscent of groups like Boyz II Men.

Men of Vizion remains a notable name in the R&B landscape, known for their smooth sound and memorable hits from the 90s. Their journey reflects the evolution of R&B music during that time and the challenges faced by many groups in the industry.
