Reconnect with nature through your five senses with a guided walk, meditation, journaling, creativity and connection. Ending our morning with a tea ceremony with locally resourced ingredients by your guide Ally.
What to expect: Forest bath will last 3 hours. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a waterbottle.
