This class blends mindful movement, intention setting, and lunar wisdom to help you align with this fresh lunar cycle and awaken your inner fire.

Expect movement that feels freeing, expansive, and energizing — no need to be perfect, just willing to explore. All levels welcome.
Bring a journal, an open mind, and anything you'd like to place on your mat as part of your new moon ritual (crystals, candles, etc.).
