Heart-Rox is Elev8 Training Grounds’ Valentine-themed HYROX-style team challenge designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork.

Teams of two will battle through a fast-paced sequence of functional fitness stations. Sled pushes and pulls, rowing, wall balls, lunges, carries, and more. Blending competitive intensity with Valentine fun.

This event isn’t about going solo. It’s about working together, pushing through the pain, and crossing the finish line as a team. Whether you’re couples, best friends, gym partners, or just matched for the day, Heart-Rox is built for anyone ready to sweat for something bigger than themselves.
