HAUNTED HATHA

Step onto your mat—if you dare—for a hauntingly good Hatha yoga session. In this Halloween-themed class, we’ll move through eerie-elegant poses, hold them just long enough to feel the chill, and explore deep breathwork to calm the restless spirits (aka, your mind).

Expect a spooky soundtrack, candlelit ambiance, and playful Halloween twists on traditional asanas—think Zombie Warrior, Black Cat-Cow, and an extended Corpse Pose, of course.

COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!!!!
