Instructor Bio:
My name is Stephanie and I’m a homeschooling mom four kids, with a deep passion for education and nurturing a love of learning in children. With 17 years of homeschooling experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding my own children through their academic journeys, helping them grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
Over the years, I’ve not only enjoyed teaching my own children but also teaching at our co-op groups, and teaching Sunday school (25 years). I believe that learning should be engaging, individualized, and hands-on. I strive to create a well-rounded, enriching learning environment where children can develop critical thinking, creativity, and character.
Before homeschooling, I worked in a business environment in marketing, sales, and administration. I attended Northwestern University, where I received my Bachelors degree in Business. I have also served in Children's ministry at church my whole life and enjoy teaching kids of all ages about God's love for them. These experiences have helped shape my teaching methods and given me a broad perspective on learning both inside and outside the classroom.
