An Introduction to Mindfulness
Looking for a way to help manage stress and anxiety? Looking for a way to help your children be in touch with their emotions and use strategies to calm down?

Join us in the library for an introduction to mindfulness event.

Mrs. Ronning will be working with younger students, while Mrs. McMeekin-Hemmingstad will work with adults. This is a 30min event starting at 6:30pm.
