Advanced Chess Instruction with Chess Scholars (Grades K-8)

Chess Scholars is returning to teach chess to advanced players. Students will learn about controlling the center, taking the initiative, and attacking in combination. A basic knowledge of piece movements is recommended. For students in grades K-8.

Registration, limited to Elk Grove Village Public Library cardholders, is required. If space is available, non-cardholders may register three (3) days prior to the start of the event.
