Here’s the deal with refunds: You can get a full refund if you cancel at least a week before your event—no worries, no stress. 💸 But once I’ve added the design to the canvas (usually the week of the event), I can’t undo the magic, so a full refund won’t be possible. Don’t worry, though! You can still stop by the studio, grab your personalized canvas, and get a partial refund. After the refund period has ended, we offer credits for the purchase price and/or allow tickets to be transferred to a future event(s).
