Art for Wellness with Nash Acuña and CCDPC. Join us during this free event for an evening of therapeutic art with Creative Life Coach Nash Acuña. From Nash: "Sometimes our brains need a break from the daily routine. We need time to heal and express our feelings through creative outlets. Come join us for an evening of therapeutic art. Free to the public."In this session, we will explore how loose painting techniques relieve tension and anxiety by giving us a natural dopamine release in our brain. Ages 18+ please. No art experience necessary. Bring your own alcohol-free beverage and favorite snacks.
