Reiki is a complementary energy-based practice that supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and holistic healing.
I’ll be teaching Reiki Level 1 in Elizabeth on January 10, 2026, covering foundational principles, self-healing, and hands-on techniques.
For those wishing to continue, Reiki Level 2 will be offered on January 31, 2026, introducing symbols, distance healing, and expanded clinical and personal application.
Open to beginners, therapists, bodyworkers, and anyone drawn to energy work.
