Looking for a gentle way to move your body, unwind, and clear your mind? Dru Yoga is known as the yoga of the heart — designed for real bodies, all fitness levels, and anyone wanting to de-stress and feel more at peace.

Held on Monday evenings during school terms at the Torrens Valley Community Centre, this class will leave you feeling relaxed, stretched, and recharged. Each session finishes with a calming deep relaxation — so bring along your blanket, pillow (eye pillows and bolsters are welcome too!) for extra comfort.
