Skill Level
No previous experience is required to complete this class. Whether you have never decorated a cake before, or just wish to refine your cake decorating skills, this course is perfect for you.
Outcomes
- Learn to torte, fill and ganache a mud cake with sharp edges
- Learn to correctly colour, knead and roll fondant
- Learn to cover a round cake in fondant (marble finish if you wish)
- Learn the secrets of achieving sharp edges on your cakes
- Learn to create modern texture & sails with wafer and rice paper
- We are very flexible with decorations in this class. Your cake will be unique and personalised!

Inclusions
- Included in your booking is a tool pack valued at $25 Tool pack includes a 7" ganaching lid and 6" bench scraper.
- All other tools and equipment are provided for you during this class and remain the property of Caking Mad. Additional supplies are available for purchase after the class.
