Birth by Design Childbirth Classes is a hybrid course centered on physiologic, evidence-based birth, and informed decision-making. Access pre-recorded modules anytime through ThriveCart, then join us monthly for hands-on comfort measures, group Q&A, and personalized birth and postpartum planning. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or adding to your family, you’ll leave equipped to navigate labor, birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum with peace and confidence.

Whether your plan is to birth in a hospital, birth center, or at home, assisted or unassisted—all are welcome here.
