About the event

Yoga with Shay

Join Shay in welcoming the beginning of the fall season! We will begin with movement with the breath in an invigorating and relaxing vinyasa yoga class in the vineyard, winding down with a sound bath to seal our practice and harmonize our mind and body. We will celebrate the fall harvest with an included glass of wine and a personal charcuterie which you can enjoy in the cozy indoor area or beautiful outdoor patio at our fun and beautiful vineyard.
