Wildlife in Transition: Iowa’s Journey Into Fall

🌿 Fayette County Conservation is excited to kick off a new collaboration with the Elgin Public Library!

Join us Tuesday, October 28 at 2:30 p.m. in the library’s program room for Iowa Wildlife and Seasonal Transitions, a special presentation led by environmental educator Jennifer Shekleton.

Explore the fascinating ways Iowa’s wildlife adapts to the challenges of winter and uncover the secrets behind the seasonal shifts unfolding in our own backyard. As a hands-on bonus, participants will craft native wildflower seed bombs, an easy and fun way to help restore and celebrate the natural beauty of our local landscapes! 🌼
