Great new everyone, I've been waiting for a sound bath to be part of our well being sessions for a while now, and it's finally here. wear Loose clothing and there's no need to worry about getting on the floor as this can be done seated. some people bring pillows and blanket but it's up to you. looking forward to this one 🕊
