The Tempest is William Shakespeare's final masterpiece, an enchanting blend of comedy, romance, revenge, fantasy, magic and mortality. Director/adapter Jocelyn Adamski brings a lifetime of Shakespeare performance, study and coaching to this story set on a remote island, where Prospero, a magician, lives with his daughter Miranda, and his two servants: Caliban, a savage monster, and Ariel, an airy spirit. Their world is changed when a shipwreck brings family, fools and old betrayals crashing in. Combining glorious language, music and song, The Tempest is one-of-kind, wondrous play.
