You will be bathed in the sounds of drum, medicine song, sacred sound, chants and overtoning, followed by the gentle vibrations of Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.
Bring some cosy blankets for an evening of ancestral connection, to receive support and guidance on our spiritual pathway and allow our own gifts and wisdom to open and flourish.
CACAO CEREMONY
Andrew will be serving raw organic Cacao, made from the finest Peruvian Criollo beans, ethically sourced and grown sustainably in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon.
Cacao is a wonderful plant medicine for mood enhancement, boosting our energy levels and increasing DMT levels in the brain. In traditional indigenous ceremonies, cacao is often used to connect with the spirit world and induce a state of openness and connection. It is believed to open the heart and bring about a sense of inner peace and awareness of the present moment. People who have incorporated cacao into their spiritual practices have reported feeling more grounded, present, and connected to their higher selves.
SOUND JOURNEY
Once we have shared the cacao we will open our own voices with a toning exercise which will help bring us to our centre before we relax in the space and begin the Sound Journey. This is a time to allow the healing vibrations and deep frequencies to fill us up with nourishing light-filled energy, and Andrew will then guide you on a meditation journey for this Oak Full Moon Ceremony.
As we go deeper into the Sound Journey you will receive channeled healing songs and sacred sounds that can shift blocked energy and bring us into a space of peace, love and alignment.
Andrew is a trained Shamanic Practitioner and spiritual channel. He is initiated into healing songs by his own connection to spirit and has been on this path for over 20 years. He is very dedicated to holding a safe, inclusive space where the spiritual boundaries are held with integrity.
In the space we connect to Mother Earth, Great Spirit, the Four Directions and our Higher Selves and the invitation is also given to work with your own guides and ancestors for your highest good.
