About the event

Learn to Make: Infused Herbal Vinegars
At the Eleanor Library on Monday, November 10 at 1:00pm, Shelley Whittington will teach the science of fermenting, and show us the supplies needed to prepare infused herbal vinegars. We'll learn ways to use it medicinally or as a cleaner, how to store it, recipes, and how to package it as a gift. What a unique hobby to start this winter!
