About the event

Alpine Lake Hike 'n Fish - Jasper Lake

Starting from the Hessie TH it's roughly a 4.9mi (9.8mi RT) hike to Jasper Lake with ~1,942' elevation gain along the way.

For those who want to carpool, plan to meet in Boulder around 6am. For those meeting at the TH, plan to arrive at Hessie no later than 6:30am. Cell service at the TH is spotty. A light lunch will be provided after the hike.

Pack you fly rod and favorite lake flies, plenty of water and a trail snack.
