Greetings from OK AIR FEST USA & FEST Internacional Costa Rica, the official operator of OK AIR FEST 2025, which will be held from September 5 to 7, 2025, at the Canadian County Expo Center in El Reno, Oklahoma, USA.
We are pleased to invite you to participate as a guest pilot in the paramotor exhibitions and competitions within the festival. Your experience represents a fundamental value to offer the public a high-quality show full of adrenaline and excitement.
OK AIR FEST is an international event that combines the best of extreme sports, air shows, and culture. It will gather thousands of attendees in a space designed for wonder and connection through flight. Within the aerial arena, the following will take place:
***Acrobatic paramotor shows (morning, afternoon, and night with lights).
***Recreational competitions with a participatory and dynamic approach.
***Public activations with elite international pilots.
The event also offers a global visibility platform for brands, media, and broadcast outlets—an opportunity to represent your skillset and showcase aerial talent on a unique stage.

✈ How to Register as a Pilot for OK AIR FEST 2025
Follow these steps to complete your registration:

Once on the page, click on the “Vendor” section.
Select the package or ticket labeled for pilots.
It may appear as “Pilot Pass,” “Paramotor Pilot Entry,” or something similar.
Add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your personal and contact information on the form at the end of the purchase process. This will officially register you as a pilot for the event.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your registration. We look forward to meeting you!!
