Mark the seasonal shift and the last full moon of the year through this very special 2-hour workshop. Includes gentle movement, meditation, active breathwork, and integration, all accompanied by a live DJ set. Tea will be served.

Facilitated by Alison Beckner and DJ Amanita. Hosted by Daleee KTAOS and presented by Red Thread + High Desert Door.

All levels welcome. Please bring a mat, blanket, thin pillow, eye covering and an open heart.
