ZEROED IN - 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

The Rock FITNESS MINISTRY presents ZEROED IN, a 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE.

The Challenge Starts September 1st, so Lock In, Level Up, and No Excuses!

This is a high intensity physical reset built on total focus and consistency. This challenge is designed to push your body, sharpen your habits, and strip away every excuse, rooted in one word: DISCIPLINE. This challenge demands that you take control of your body through focused fitness and clean nutrition every single day for 30 days. In addition to growing through The Rock Daily Word, we want you to be healthy both spiritually and physically as you develop discipline and strength.

GOAL: To build next level discipline, reduce body fat, increase strength, and prove that your body follows your lead when your discipline leads the way. Workouts are Saturdays at 7am and Wednesdays at 8:30pm after Word Connect Wednesday.
