Join us this Friday evening to experience the sweet sound of healing and prepare to be BATHED in the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, Koshi wind chimes, drums, and crystal pyramids that help bring your whole being back to optimal health!

Attending a SOUND BATH is a wonderful way to very quickly and easily reach deep states of relaxation. As the vibrational sound frequencies wash over you, they have an immediate effect on your body, and with little effort on your end you reach a deep state of relaxation, where the body is able to completely relax and healing can begin.

What to expect:
After a brief intro on sound healing, we begin the session with a several deep breaths to focus and center your mind and heart for the healing journey. You will lie for 45 minutes fully clothed on a yoga mat with a pillow and covered with a blanket, while the soothing and powerful sound vibrations of various healing instruments completely envelop you.

We conclude the session with a brief time of reflection + sharing, where attendees can, if they choose to, share their experiences or insights.

We provide everything needed to enjoy the sound bath. Simply come and enjoy!

Session is lead by Noelle Meyer, a Certified Sound Healer, Licensed Spiritual Healer, Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist CRTS and Health and Wellness Coach.
