Sangha Saturdays: Open Q&A

Dear Sangha and Friends,

We invite you to join us for a special open Q&A session, a wonderful opportunity for both beginners and experienced practitioners to come together, ask questions, and explore the teachings. Whether you’re new to the practice or have been on the path for a while, this session will offer a chance to deepen your understanding and share insights with others.

Bring any questions you may have about meditation, mindfulness, or spiritual practice. We look forward to creating a supportive space where we can all learn from each other.
