Sangha Saturdays: Essence of Emptiness and Buddha Nature Meditation

Emptiness and Buddha Nature, the second and third turnings of the Dharma wheel respectively, are excellent points to bring into our meditation practice. By understanding and meditating on these teachings, we are able to acknowledge that the hang ups and sufferings that bring us down in samsara are only temporary, empty appearances that obscure our ever-enduring, naturally present Buddha Nature, the capacity for life, love, wisdom, and strength.

Join us for a little discussion and a lot of practice on these profound topics so that we may gain a taste of our intrinsic goodness!
