Meditation 101

Join us for our first Meditation 101 class at Java Cafe on Tuesday, Nov 4th at 7pm! Led by Brandi, a certified meditation teacher, this hour long class will take participants through an introduction of mindfulness, stillness, and meditation as a way to bring more peace into your life. We'll be going through multiple different 5 minute practices to dip your toes into the layers leading up to a true meditation practice, allowing you to feel confident in introducing some calming activities into your real life.
