The El Paso County Libertarian Party invites all liberty-minded residents to attend our 2026 County Convention, the first step in shaping our local party leadership, platform, and direction for the coming year.
This is your chance to:
- Help elect County leadership and delegates
- Participate in grassroots decision-making
- Meet fellow Libertarians and community members
- Learn how to get involved locally
Whether you are a longtime Libertarian, a new supporter, or simply curious about liberty-focused politics, you are welcome to attend.
In order to participate as a voting member:
- Must have met eligibility requirements for Precinct Convention,
- Have their Precinct Convention records received by the County and State Chairs, and
- If elected as an “additional delegate” by those in their precinct while not present at the Precinct Convention, then have an Oath of Affiliation administered and documented by a CEC officer

- Call to Order
- Roster of Participants
- Nominations/Elections of candidates for public office
- Nominations/Elections of CEC officers
- Nominations/Elections of District Convention delegates
- Nominations/Elections for State Convention delegates
- Adoption/modifications to County Bylaws
- Other business (if any)
