What is Buddhism really about at its core? In this session, we’ll explore the heart of the Buddha’s teachings. Rather than focusing on rituals and esoteric knowledge, we’ll look at the basic insights Buddha taught about happiness, suffering, freedom, and awareness—and how these ideas can be meaningful in everyday life.
