Annual Rib Cook-Off

BBQ RIB JUDGING AT 4 P.M. - DINNER SERVED AT 5:30 PM. (Adult meal: $15.00. Kids 12 and under: $10.00.

TO COMPETE: $50 ENTRY-FEE and each contestant will receive 3 racks of ribs. Ribs are available for pick up on Thurs., Oct. 16th from 5-7 PM at the Hall. Entry fee must be paid in full at time of pick-up.

RULES: Ribs must be cooked ON-SITE Sat., Oct. 18th and ready by 4 pm Judging. CASH PRIZES awarded for 1st - 4th Place, and dependent on number of contestant entries. For cooks only, there will also be a finger food/appetizer contest to be judged by our fellow cooks!

Request registration form by call or text Crystal at (530) 417-4471. Cooks bring their own shade tents and bbq grills. Limited overnight camping avail. for cooks only.

6139 Pleasant Valley Road, El Dorado. (Turn onto Oriental St., across from El Dorado Post Office, then stay left.) All fundraiser proceeds go to the El Dorado Community Hall, a 501c non-profit.
