Kids Yoga

Bring the whole family for a fun and active day at the studio! While you enjoy Sculpt in Studio 1 at 9AM, your little ones can enjoy their own kids’ yoga class with Hillary right next door!

Why Yoga for Kids? Yoga helps kids build strength, focus, and confidence—all while having fun! It’s a playful way to move, relax, and learn tools they can use at school and beyond.
