About this workshop: As you know, locals often switch to English when they hear an international speaking Dutch. The lack of real-world practice is a big factor in why it’s difficult to learn the language. STE Languages is here to help with your social Dutch! Join this free workshop to learn more about social Dutch and pronunciation so that you can connect with locals…en een beetje Nederlands met elkaar praten!

From the basic phrases like “Bonnetje mee?”, “Een biertje asljeblieft”, to regional expressions like “Houdoe”, during this workshop STE Languages will guide internationals on how to speak Dutch like a local. You’ll learn practical language tips, pronunciation advice, and practise simple conversations with the Dutch language experts. Whether you’re new in town or a seasoned expat, this workshop will help you practise conversational Dutch and improve your language skills.

STE Languages is a vibrant, intercultural institute. Over 20 languages can be heard echoing throughout their classrooms, where more than 90 nationalities work on a shared dream - to become proficient in a foreign language. STE Languages also provides in-company language training for daily use, with tailor-made solutions for every language issue.

Important note: Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You need to arrive at the workshop space 15 minutes early to ensure you get a seat.
