Preparing for Birth

As the day you meet your baby draws nearer, you might find yourself riding a wave of emotions like joy, anticipation, curiosity, and maybe some moments of doubt or worry. That’s completely normal. Birth is not only a physical experience; it’s also emotional, transformative, and deeply personal.

This course was created to support you in preparing, not just with facts and techniques, but with presence, connection, and trust in your own ability to give birth.

🗓️Starting Saturday, September 7th, we’ll meet every week for five Saturdays, from 13:00 to 15:30.

➡️In-person in Eindhoven: for couples living in the Eindhoven region

➡️Online (live via Zoom): for international couples based in other parts of the Netherlands

In this small-group setting, you will have space to ask questions, process feelings, and connect with others who are walking a similar path. Each session is a balance of knowledge, embodiment, and community.

#Tools for relaxation, breathing, movement, and pain relief, rooted in body awareness

#Guidance on how your partner can support you, emotionally, physically, and practically

#Gentle exploration of emotions, expectations, and the transition into parenthood

#Time to connect and share with others, so you can feel more held and less alone

✨ The course is led by Anastasia Psaropoulou,certified Midwife,Childbirth Educator and tation Counselor. With years of experience supporting international families in the Netherlands, Anastasia brings both medical knowledge and emotional presence into her classes, creating a safe and nurturing environment for learning and growth.

Whether you're planning a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth, this course can help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident.
