In a Heartbeat Workshop

Spoil yourself, a special someone, or a friend this Valentine’s Day with a hands on textile design workshop where recycled materials take centre stage. On the 14th of February, from 13:00 to 17:00, you’ll design and make a heart shaped bag that is playful, practical, and made to last. Drinks will be available.

You’ll work with a wide selection of recycled textiles, including materials like denim, and choose fabrics that fit your personal style. There will be space to personalise your bag with details such as embroidery, making each piece unique. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own materials, whether it is clothing you no longer wear or fabrics with sentimental value that you’d like to transform into something practical and wearable.

Guided step by step, you’ll leave with a bag you’ll actually want to use, made from materials that already had a life before. Love, translated into a wearable object.
